What you send us
When you submit a claim, the form sends what you type (the page address, what is wrong, any source you add, your email, your connection to the page and your choice about sharing your email) through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, which emails it to our mailbox. Web3Forms handles that data under its own privacy policy, linked here. We keep submissions in our mailbox and use them only to check the claim, to contact the publisher, and to tell you what happened.
We never pass your email to a publisher unless you tick the box on the form that allows it. The opt-out form works differently: it opens an email in your own mail app, addressed to us.
What this site collects on its own
This site sets no cookies. Fonts and images are served from the site itself. The only measurement here is two anonymous services run by our hosting provider, Vercel:
- Page views (Vercel Web Analytics): the page address, the referring site, approximate location, browser, operating system, device type and time. Vercel states that this data is anonymous and not tied to any individual or IP address, and that the hash used to count a visit is discarded after 24 hours. Vercel's description.
- Page speed (Vercel Speed Insights): how quickly each page loads and responds, recorded with the page address, browser, device type, operating system, country and connection speed. Vercel states that it collects nothing that could identify a visitor. Vercel's description.
Vercel also keeps standard server logs, as any web host does.
Messages to publishers
When we write to a publisher, we use contact details they list publicly. Every message identifies us, sets out the evidence, and honors permanent opt-out on first request.

Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or opt out of contact entirely: info@contentcorrection.com. We answer within a reasonable time, without ceremony.
